Shoes, Shoes and More Shoes!

Now that would be something? Wouldn't it? You know what I mean, if you are a shoe person. Well I decided to write another hub-page finally, to tell you a little more about  myself...and that is that "I love shoes!" In my day, a person would have shoes to go with every outfit...even hats, gloves and matching purses, oh and we can't forget the stockings! That's what they used to be called, stockings, not leotards, tights, leggings, but silk stockings.

Style and class were at the top in my early years of life. Fashion reflected your morality! A woman looked, dressed and acted as a lady. There was no question if a woman was a woman, or a man was a man, you could tell a difference just by the distinct differences in the way they dressed. I have to say I enjoyed being a lady and all the fringe benefits, that come along with being a woman!

I have always loved fashion, in particular shoes. There are so many variations in style when it comes to shoes. So I am a shoe person, always have and probably always will be. Do you remember that movie, that had Goldie Hawn and Patrick Swayzee in it? Where he was constructing a movable shoe rack for Goldie...wasn't that beautiful!

Shoes have personality! What a change, a pair of shoes can make with an outfit? You can change your statement of dress, simply with a pair of shoes. From dressy to casual, and serious to fun! When I was younger and had more money, it was nothing for me to buy at least one good pair of shoes that spoke class and said "I cost $200 or $300 bucks, and I am well worth every penny!" People saw those shoes before they saw me, I didn't mind one bit. I worked hard, and I think it was OK, to treat myself to a classy pair of shoes with some attitude:)
